The Eric Liddell Centre is a living memorial to Eric Liddell and has been serving the local and wider Edinburgh community for more than twenty five years.

The Centre is a Christian organisation that acknowledges the infinite value and potential of each unique human being. It is endeavouring, through its current services, to maintain a full programme addressing physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual needs by offering; a wide ranging community and care programme to meet identified need (in particular the needs of people with a diagnosis of dementia, carers, frail elderly people and young people), quality community facilities for the local population, and quality project accommodation for other charities.

We operate a range of caring projects as well as providing facilities for local community groups.
Services provided include specialised day care for people with dementia, Café Gold, a range of projects for frail elderly people, and a project for carers that provides a drop-in and educational, social and health based courses. These projects are complimented by the 3Ms Youth Partnership and other projects which are based at the centre. With demand increasing and available space at a premium in this geographically central facility, there is no doubting the importance of The Centre to a growing number of groups.

The Centre’s work and its use by local community groups is providing many benefits to the public:
The provision of care for the aged, people with disability, young people and children.
The advancement of education, health, religion, civic responsibility. community development, amateur sports, arts, culture and heritage.
